So it's nothing in the way of a new sale or offering, thank you for the clarification, yet somehow other posters here immediately had started in with the insinuation that officers just sold their newly acquired shares. unbelievable, some of these knuckleheads should really consider actually getting the facts straight before spewing nonsense.
