Disastrous news as insiders sell recent shares they themselves authorized as compensation/bonus.

That isn't accurate:

True . Amendment . Not selling.

The insiders did sell to the tune of $3,528,967!

This is a complete disaster for shareholders - first the insiders give themselves a bonus/compensation and then sell the shares.

Do they not have any confidence in the company to wait until the financials are released or when the state of Nevada issues TRTC a permit - and that seems very odd.

Peterson seems to be very chatty - on the news etc - well he needs to explain this to shareholders.

What a mess.
