Riiiight, and that's why they're only raising it 500K and have said they don't intend to use those shares and that it's a buffer so they can get financing.
They could have easily added another 2 billion right now if they wanted to. They didn't.

Plus, the OS is still under 1B. We have a LONG way to go to get to 3B even if the AS was that high, which it isn't.

Quit being so DRAMATIC!
