Have NEWL found a MM or is that still being resolved?

I would like to know if this is typically a long process or is this going to be stuck in limbo for a while. Seems it just keeps losing value each and everyday. The positive is no halts on a rip.

It's now anyone game long or short. We should see an spike in forum activity very soon
