I think the biggest red flag was reading:
"First, the ministry announced new regulations for medical cannabis (MMPR) which, if they are not stopped, will shut down all personal production and caregiver assisted production of our medicine."

This is not a red flag. Shutting down patient and caregiver prod. is what you, an investor in any MMJ Grow Op, wants. HC and Gov cannot control quality of home grown. They cannot control supply of home grown. They cannot control where/when of home grown (ie: in the house next to a school). Most important of all, THEY CANNOT CONTROL TAX REVENUE OF HOME GROWN.

The faster they shut down private home producers, the better. Demand isn't going away, but supply is.
