When emailing the a-holes at HFCO I’ve found they don’t respond if you use the terms such as grifter, scum, thieve, swindler, fraud, crook, charlatan, or con artist.

I also have discovered they won’t respond to inquiries even if you don’t

PS- they have the TA gagged also
