OK probably getting myself into trouble again for over thinking things, but ONCS management has a recent track record of combating negativity with PR's:

Example #1 - issuing PR's on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday after the S3 was filed on Thursday of Easter weekend. They knew the S3 would be looked upon negatively so they clearly intentionally tried to counteract it's effect on PPS. The PR's were not nonsense such as presentations either: they were the announcement of Jean Campbell joining and the new R&D facility/team, the fact that they were selected to present at ASCO, and the addition of Dr. Daud as Chief Clinical Stategist.

Example #2 - after the dilution they issued an "Annual Letter to Shareholders" in an attempt to ease concerns and stabilize the PPS drop, which obviously didn't work.

Since that annual letter on June 12th, we have gotten ZERO substantive PR's. We've had four total PR's and two were announcing presentations, one was to announce the quarterly results (which are obvious when a company has no revenue) and the other was to announce Ferrone joining the advisory board.

If there was ever a time to for them to be aggressive with PR's, wouldn't it be now, when the PPS has declined another 20% since the annual letter to shareholders? The fact that they are saying nothing tells me there has to be a very good reason for it. I think the next substantive PR that is released will explain a lot about the silence, and we'll be very very happy.

OK now JJ go ahead and crucify me for my "conspiracy theory" lol.
