All gaps fill, eventually. I know many Will dispute that, and cite examples. But, I know from experience , there are two types of gaps, those that are filled and those that will fill.
The vast majority of gaps seem to fill within months , especially if the symbol is in a defined range ( at least one previous high point, and one low) the more points , the more defined the range, the more likely the fill.
Breakaway gaps , so sone will say, never fill, but they just take longer to fill, Some times years. People who dispute that need only look at at all those gaps back in the early 2000s that were " never gonna fill" , then we hit 2008/2009, so yeah, there's two types of gaps , filled and gonna fill.
