No one knows when or if LUSI got fully diluted. Has to be close if not 950 mil now. I would imagine that they've taken every penny by now, especially with the excess volume this past year

From the chart below it seems hundreds of millions of shares dumped at 0.0001s totally since the end of 2012! Anyway the AS is 950M shares! So both the OS and float could be as many as 950M shares...
On 04/28/2014 total 362,809,700 shares (which is the maximal historic volume) traded at 0.0005 ~ 0.0011!
