LOOK closer ponder. Somebody sold 1001 shares and got a BID price
slightly better than was quoted.

It is probable that if someone wanted to buy some shares on the open market and makes an offer of say 4 cents instead of the presently quoted ASK price, that order would be promptly filled.

EVIDENCE can be found that if you want to buy say 2 million shares, you can get them at 2 cents.
