Outstanding already accounts for all the private placement shares, even those that are still restricted, with the exception of preferred Class A / Class C that were given due to ownership cap restrictions on common shares. The OS growing indicates that some of the preferred Class A were converted to commons. (Preferred C's are still restricted).

Best way to tell what's been sold is to compare the float from before the private placement shares started being sold (~21M) to what is now (~72M). So you get roughly 50M.
