Management is confident that the books and records are now up to standard and will pass review. The external financial statement preparation and audit will be commencing shortly and will run parallel to the preparation of the Form S-1.

"The internal review process was very thorough and time consuming" stated Richard Smith, Secretary & Treasurer of Cre8tive Works, Inc. "We went right back to 2003 for both Rangemore Productions and Rangemore Film Productions and looked at every single transaction to make sure that that everything was justified and properly documented. We felt that we needed to do this to have confidence in the materials being presented to council to ensure that the audit and S-1 processes move forward in a smooth and timely manner" continued Mr. Smith.

"Becoming a Fully Reporting Company is a natural step in the development of Cre8tive" stated Richard Smith, Secretary & Treasurer of Cre8tive. "Fully Reporting status will add credibility and provide access to larger funding and allow our common shares to be quoted on the OTCBB, OTCQB, and in Europe. It will also speed up the listing process in Canada and open to the door to getting quoted on a more senior US exchange. With all the new regulations coming in it is imperative we become fully reporting to protect the share value" concluded Mr. Smith.
