rs is case sensitive

an rs with an ongoing company that is diluting is never good

as rs after a merger to meet uplist requirements... now thats a diff story

the idea here is to increase the sp and keep it at uplist levels

with news, pr, financials, gov contracts, and a growing concern this is a whole new ballgame

once the deal is done and the smoke clears the new pub co rises like a phoenix out of the ashes
