That article is more evidence that the market is confused. They might not be sure that the dividends are such a great idea at this moment. That, and the plane crash in Africa did not help. That's 3 air disasters in a week! Ukraine, Taiwan crash yesterday and Africa today. I know it's not a direct correlation but that stuff spooks the superstitious.
