Yes, Giddy is fairly accurate. The SEC hasn't posted their findings yet either. Yes we know some don't believe the SEC is investigating Treaty but then again some thought the BK petition was a slam dunk for Treaty and now we know that is not the case. Some even thought Mack Maxey was interfering when all he was doing was trying to protect honest businesses, which Treaty certainly is not. Maybe you should call Chris and while you are talking to him ask him why Treaty never answered the 29 question. It could have saved many a lot of Rolaids.
