Been here a while - first post. I have been involved in a number of M&A's in Canada over past 20 years. They never go as planned and take longer than expected. This deal is international between a public and private entity. There are literally thousands of things that can cause delays. Rare to have a CEO trying to re assure shareholders that all is good. Just my opinion but the upside warrants sticking around. Good luck to all and make your own decisions based on facts not emotions.
