OK, thanks for the input.

In light of that, I will just sit tight and wait a bit longer to add the shares back that I sold, and to finish re-establishing my original position. I DESPISE dilution and I cannot wait until they get all this overhang down to ZERO - which I know they will not get it to ZERO.
I sure wish they would, and then refuse to add another share to the fully diluted OS count until they see the share price appreciate to over $1.50 for a stable amount of time. Let the good revenues and earnings go directly to increasing share appreciation. Then, after that is accomplished, (them re-establishing their equity account in the company just as responsible people re-establish their funds in their bank account on which they have to draw from to live on) I sure hope they would learn their lesson that all bank accounts, even accounts of shares in their company, have limits of what they can be drawn on for them to function effectively.
When they see the value eroding again, they must imediately realize that some of their deals are just too high priced for their capability to operate and function at that standard of living, YET. If they keep an eye on this, I truly believe that the company will grow much, MUCH faster than this living beyond their means approach.
