there are 2 factors here-

1. pr about the merger, filings that show its happening

2. poster bashing that has caused fear over no word from the co and rs


the basic premise here is that things are happening that show that the merger is moving forward

based on this it is only a matter of time before it happens and is pr'd

the fear is that the rs causes the sp to go down after the rs but that just doesnt fit here if in fact the new co is doing all of this to be an uplisted pub co...

imo this is going to be a slow path to a fast and furious breakout and once the new co releases info this can easily become a huge winner

this is all based on logic that is derived from the initial merger pr and actions from #1 above and not on words of #2 above
