The way I see this FINRA approved dividend is that the FINRA approved symbol/name change is going to happen likely before July 30th. We shall soon see. Either way it proves that the company is doing what is says it is doing and if we get more updates proving that the company continues to accomplish items one by one, I see an influx of buying here, especially with a closed Oil deal. $ORFG is about to go on a spectacular reversal run on material events which will continue sparking stronger and stronger buying pressure in my opinion. :)
