Level 2 info please someone.....

It seems to me that MMs trying desperately to keep the PPS down on account of either their accumulation strategy or to create a panic in long holders mind to sell so that they can cover their short positions!!!!

What's the guarantee that they will not continue to do the same once news hits?

Also is there anyway to tell whether this run to 0.04 already has the deal with this NYSE company baked into it? If so how does it track from there?
