What is NEOMs connection to an obscure medical company called Intellicell Biosciences Inc. This medical company obtained financing from YA Global for the first time this March 2014 and that may be it but on their recently filed form 14C they said their web site is www.neom.com.

Now it could be that NEOM will once again do a RM and RS...but why a medical facility.

It could also be possible they share the same SEC accountant and this accountant used NEOMs form to file the 14C for Intellicell but this type of mistake is how I dug up a merger in another company. Someone left their name on the filing by mistake. Anyway...here are the most recent filings. Search by www.neom.com. The wording is the same on NEOMs filings as well. Let me know what you think.
