In my opinion, this is the most likely scenario for P2b results:

B and D are in a statistical tie in effectiveness, with B about 5 percentage points below D in absolute value....roughly 90% for B and 95% for D.

B has advantages in side effects and in patient compliance (due to the single dose).

Not a clear "win" for either drug...bottom line is they both work.

If B happens to match or slightly exceed D in absolute value of effectiveness, things would be much different. I see that as somewhat less likely given the earlier test results.
