It looks like they lied to you and they have been siphoning high salaries from shareholders money!

Their huge salaries are listed, in the General and Admin expense of $297,000 in last filings.

Now what I question is the last quarterly report (3 months ending April 30th, 2014). In there is shows Operating expenses of nearly $350k.

It’s broken down as $297k for ‘General and Administrative’. Is this a roundabout way of paying for salaries? I mean what did they spend $297k on when they are operating out of their residence?

Another $8k was spent for ‘Marketing’…. Hmmmm…. Doesn't one have to have a product in order to market it?

Then $39k was for ‘Compensation’…. Wonder what that is for? Is it for the IR Firm who rarely publishes a PR? $160k a year….wow!!!
