Banro needs a more Robust CIL design as originally planned. This would go back to my theory that Simon Village made the decision to be prudent and take a slower yet safer growth path. Back in 2011 Simon opted for the cheaper spend less grow more steadily plan because of M23 taking over Goma and political unrest. But then this must be the BIG MISTAKE FROM PRIOR MANAGEMENT! Simon Village did not order the right type of processing, that being CIL for the volume of production Namoya was expected to produce many more thousands of ounces than simple heap leach only. Everything is starting to make more sense now even the circumstances regarding Simon's resignation, the board of directors battle, everything.
