Are you kidding me? That will provide relative certainty on one dimension of future cash flows and certainty is good but rarely exists in valuation. This one dimension standalone doesn't come close to representing the full value of the IP in this company.

I am starting to think you are much newer at this than I originally thought.

I'm sorry for being pointed but come on... It's becoming tiring.
