Closing Date now 31st July:

Effective July 14, 2014, pursuant to an Amendment to the Agreement to Purchase and Sell One Hundred Percent of the Issued and Outstanding Shares of a California Corporation (the Pharmacy ” ) and Its Assets and Inventory (the “ Purchase Agreement ” ) between the Company and the Pharmacy and its sole shareholder (the “ Seller ” ), the Closing Date has been changed to July 31, 2014 .
