The NDA will prevent him from discussing items within the written agreement, not items pertaining to the BOD's vision. That is what is very cloudy. What do they mean by monetize? So far it looks like it means SELL SHARES.

Is the BOD looking to sell the patents or licence them?
Sell VPLM itself?
Merger VPLM?
Does the BOD have a price in mind they are willing to accept?
Does the BOD have a timeframe they are looking to sell/licence by?

Are they in active negotiations with other companies?
If so, what is the timeframe to get these negotiations ironed out?

Many things investors are kept in the dark about.
I know, I know, they do that on purpose so nobody knows their strategy all for the good of the shareholders.
