Prospective share buyers have to figure in how much less of a percentage they will be owning with all the conversions that still need to be accomplished. I own a lot, and want to buy more, but I hold back because I figure, Hell there are another 50,000,000+ shares out there that are going to be added to what I own of the pot today. That is another 30% increase, so I now have to weigh those earnings against another 25 to 30% of shares that these good numbers have to be spread around. I then have in the back of my mind that there may beven be more, possibly, after seeing that the 175MM fully diluted has now gone up to 183MM. How many more millions of shares are they going to continue adding to this pot that keep being eaten up by preferred shareholders.
