I know that the possibility of "delays" is something that will make people doubt Mike, the company, etc.

IF 31st passes, and people want to make comments, express concern, I think that it is fair.

I also think that Mike is openly stating and explaining the delay of one week that occurred with the filing in Colorado. Perhaps it is one in a SERIES of delays, missteps and that too is fair criticism.

But keep in mind that he is not hiding from the issue or waiting until AFTER the 31st occurs to then say "I never guaranteed the 31st!" He is letting us know, knowing that it could cause strain/stress amongst us.

Everyone should do what you feel you need to do, but I, personally, will take someone who is upfront. He was in a loud place and busy and still offered his time to answer a couple questions from me to make sure that Banker's information was correct/corroborate.
I am satisfied that Banker's info to me which I then posted was truly information from Mike....

Again bash, love, like, hate, buy, sell...as you believe is the right thing to do. I personally think that in the long run, his overall objectives are financially profitable, even if not everything he invisions occurs, as some of you are predicting. No business gets it all 100% right, etc....but, well...let's see what happens...
