That's exactly what they are doing, driving the price down as far as possible accumulating as many shares as possible to bring it back up fast getting the PPS where they unload their shares and let the momentum drive the price up before unloading the rest of their shares and letting the price fall back down and then loading up again at lower prices and letting the whole cycle happen again repeating their giant profits.
