PHOT will never get of the grey sheets

With the likely charges still coming, no MM will ever take that kind of risk to sponsor an SEC-suspended company.

With massive losses and not much money coming in, it looks like they had to give away much of the company to get some short-term funding for their "launch".....LOL

The losses are expected to continue and will greatly widen as they ramp up spending with little cash coming in.
