The shell has been bought and name changed to turbine aviation. That is 100% undisputable fact.

It is a lotto play as the merger could be denied due to the failings of the prior owners of the shell and we have no way of knowing what the share structure will be.

There are a ton of good things here which makes it a great lotto play. Either to the moon or the grave. I bought my tickets for the show and am willing to take them to the grave.

If everyone understands the nature of the play the less they will be swayed by price movements or negative posts.
