Google brought up the Seventh Amendment, and it does not sound persuasive to me. It is not clear to me how the CAFC will apply the Seventh Amendment in this case, but I'm certain the CAFC will side with Vringo and the Disctict Court on the patent validity/workaround issues.

I don't see Google's response to the Petrella. Perhaps Google will file an amend brief to address Petrella. Don't you think so?
