When Nasrat became CEO the PPS was .068 with 400 million shares - now the PPS is .355 and the stock ran to .97 when the share count now is 568 million- it's not the share structure that is the problem per se- it's the lack of revenue- and the ART products take care of that revenue. So from here you dilute less than twice what it is now for 10 times your PPS.
