Hi TanMan...Lets use easier numbers:

If an FWDG shareholder has 41,000 shares of FWDG on the ex-dividend date, they will get 1,000 shares of the URVape spin-off (ticker to be determined).

So they will have (post-spinoff):

41,000 shares of FWDG plus
1,000 shares of URVP (my made up possible ticker lol)
