You just have to be a shareholder on the date of record. There is no
length of time you had to hold them. It will be a mad race to acquire
shares since this date is still not determined. I believe anyone who
purchases shares past/current will fit into the date of record cut
off.

The uncertainty will slow down the flippers for sure.
