Acquisition must be ready to sign on. Abe left the company as the new CEO will take over the entire installation side of the business.
Richardson came back to help with the paperwork on the acquisition.
The timing of all this is the telltale. Once that 8K came out- the puzzle pieces fall right into place. Had to release the 10Q right away, so that when the acquisition is announced there is no question about the financials being able to support the new acquisition.

I bet we see the Acquisition news by end of week, could be as early as this PM!
This is all pure speculation of course, I have no non-public info and I am long.
