DPILON & JAY BOOTH - Spongetech's bankruptcy has been completed. This was NOT Chapter 11 - it was Chapter 7. That's a complete liquidation.

Even if all forfeited shares were distributed to the stockholders, they would still be worthless. All of Jay's efforts have been a complete and utter waste of time.
