OKAY, you tell us.....

A man (Sterling Scott) who was just asked to resign from a company that he helped to bring to life who already had 50 million shares of unrestricted stock, exercises a option to get several million more.....

Just exactly what do you think he is going to do with them? Sit on them and watch the current PPS slowly wither and die on the vine...(Which is just exactly what it is doing).......

AND Sterlings wife who by coincidence sold several million shares 1 day prior to the SEC ordered suspension, and who has 6+ million shares in her name. Do you believe she is going to sit on her dairy-aire and watch the current PPS wither and die.....

I do not think so...Sterling knows the shape of the company...$35mm in debt, with little to no cash coming in, civil lawsuits all over the place, Q2 due out in a couple of weeks, which we all know will be a TOTAL DISASTER...Sitting in the Grey sheets with little to no chance of EVER obtaining a MM so as to get uplisted...

Look at the volume...This thing still has a pulse (Barley), but
rig-a-mortice is setting in and settin in fast...
