I agree with everything you said except for the AMEX thing. I would venture a bet that the AMEX will wait until AFTER the 10Q for the first quarter gets filed. That will give us plenty of time to get the share price up over $1, which was the necessary share price when we first applied to the AMEX.
I suggest, (in a friendly manner), that you quit worrying about us getting to the AMEX until all the other stuff is taken care of. Once that is taken care of, we will no longer need to file as an SB. Once the other stuff is in place, the AMEX will come as a smooth sailing event instead of all this fanagaling and worrying and thoughts of manipulating the share price in various ways just to make the AMEX people happy. All that junk does not really add value to our company or prove that we are responsible enough to play with the big boys. But when we show that we can behave responsibly, the AMEX will welcome us with open arms.
I was also ELATED to see the AR come down as it did.
I believe that My02 suggested that this was likely to happen once the Argentina contracts could start being paid to us.
