With good news analyst and people will change their perspective on a stock. They might even change their stance. Thats how it is with every stock. To be labeled a pumper one must pump the stock with basically hot air with no backing. What makes it a pump if it is speculated to jump with the completion of the planned project. Thats like saying pumpers pumping with the impending iphone 6 for apple.
