My only problem is that the potential may take one heck of a hit if the Green Fund Divy turns out to be a bust.

Only thing I can think of is this:

Green Company Holdings, Inc. has closed $2,000,000 in investments and intends to close the balance of $8,000,000 in investments on or before June 30, 2014.

The current visual make-up of the Green Fund does not seem too substantial. However considering there was $8 million left to be invested last month, I suspect the investments were made, and they will be a substantial asset to the Green Fund, or not, but I think they will. I believe the investments will not be made public until the Green Fund is listed, to support the initial pps.

Frank's reputation will take a tremendous hit and WNTR will drop like a rock. Frank needs to be on top of this problem now.

I think considering he may be aware of this, he may just have things lined up to roll out perfectly, or not.

We need to see the GF Divy on CSE now! After 9/1 is way too late.

I personally am somewhat glad the GF has not gone public before the dividends are distributed. Considering IMO the dividends will have no restriction, some may like to exercise the option to trade as soon as the Green Fund goes live.

**If the $8million dollar investment in the Green Fund is substantial, the 1.00 pps may very well go up.

**If the $8 million dollar investment is mediocre, which I think and hope it is not, the pps could dwindle. If these revelations were to be made prior to us receiving the dividends, but post the initial active trading day, the pps could retract before we have a chance to trade, making it less valuable, or it could gain before we have a chance to trade, which wouldn't be so bad.

Either way, I hope, and am optimistic that Frank will seize the opportunity to make WNTR and The Green Fund a success in a timely matter.
