Obviously. How that going to look in courts against IR. Not very good. They can easily go back to pink or OTC afterwards.

The volume is not typical of grey sheet stock.

It should be noted stock performance is NOT based on company performance as much as it is on investor sediment. The stock can go to $0 and the company can do just fine. They just won't have the shares to dilute for money.
