...so frankie............I get it...............FCNCA is buying into UWBI for the NOL and to complete the UWB/OCC CSSA.......and shareholders in UWBKQ get a specified number of shares in this new special preferred FCNCA.....................very cool, frankie......and it kinda looks like VENABLE LLP is playing herein as well.........wheeler dealers, frankie.........VENABLE got you into this MESS, frankie and now VENABLE is trying to keep you from bunking in Butner, NC..........

...btw, frankie, the IRS 382 rules pertaining to NOLs and publicly-traded stocks in BK REQUIRE the conversion within 18 months of the "claims deadline".................among other provisions..........DEEP, frankie..........we've got about 30 days to close this deal, frankie...........
