Well since AVT only manufactures the machines, I think it is pretty obvious that they don't profit off the sale of the products that get sold in the machine so who really cares. AVT is in the vending machine manufacturing business, no the product sales business so who cares.


So, it doesn't matter that all the profit in the machines is going to the private company and not to AVTC?

and it doesn't matter that the owners of the private company include entities owned individually by the officer/directors/consultants/related parties and family members of these officers/directors/consultants?

are you kidding?
