Yeah if you read it you well see he has a contract with the company and he still pays himself more shares then what the contract says he can, they are bonus's for bringing in all the acquisitions and add extra revenue, what I can't understand is there bringing all the extra revenue but if you look at it: the revenues going down each quarter, the SEC is got to be looking into this one cuz I filed a complaint and I know others have to
