I found the old company from the Oakville days. It's called KPI International, Inc & its ticker symbol on the NAZ was: KPIIF & it got delisted and taken private.

Eric Lehner was the Senior VP back in 1997 and here's an old post from silicon investor quoting him at that time>>>

Spoke to Eric Lehner , Senior VP on Friday.....
The bottom line of what I've learned is to re-iterate what I've said before...this is a company that has a solid growth plan but it's going to take a bit of time to see it's fruition.
On the positive side: Eric is very excited about the 2 deals they have worked out to date and that even though it is not reflected in the stock price, he said that he is personally going to buy more at these levels . He was particularly enthused about their 'preferred working relationship' with Rubbermaid.
What I'm not too happy about is that Rick told me they would have a news release on the particulars of the deal within 2 weeks but Eric avoided the question by answering that news releases would come out only as products were produced and that Rubbermaid is planning a product launch in Jan-98.. so does this mean that we will have to wait between now and Jan for details of the deal???
