Here is the proof - all of it, as you wanted.

Proof of 25 plant per parcel maximum is here. That link also references the Mendocino County Ordinance, Feb. 2012, which is the one currently in effect.

Proof that Emerald Med Farms parcel contains more than 25 plants is at www.emeraldmedfarms.com.

Proof that they are claiming an exemption to the 25 plant maximum is also on their own website, in the June 10 PR.

Proof that the exemption has been rescinded is here - it has also been removed from the latest ordinance.

All proof, all factual and official. You can't make up your own facts.

If Emerald belonged to a cooperative they would have said so, and named it. That's not proof, because you can't prove a negative, but it sure is evidence. It's up to QEDN to provide the name of the co-op that they are selling to. It is their only option, because they are not a patient, they are not a caregiver, they can't be a collective because they are for-profit, and those are the only other legal choices.

Since they can't sell (legally) without belonging to a coop, it is very important they provide some proof of the relationship, and very, very damaging that they have not done so.

This is QEDN, and what they do. Over and over, every single time. It will be the same the next time too. This particular scam-train is about to leave the station. Stay tuned for another one.
