We have leased our trucks with a National Agricultural Company so we have inactivated the Eggspress authority. This will allow a better revenue stream as they provide insurance, authority and new refrigerated trailers and they move 40,000 truck loads of produce annually. This move will allow us to quickly expand our revenue base.

Based on assets and current revenues fair market cap should be at least $10mil - putting shareprice at $.0055 (if O/S was maxed out). With the amount they have been increasing revenues a generous market cap would be $20mil putting share price at $.011 (if O/S is maxed out).

5/29/14 - I talked to investor relations. They stated they are in the process of updating the state website and otcmarkets page and say they 'it slipped through the cracks'. They did say the previously merged companies are not operating and they are back to their base business model which is interstate trucking. They stated that they hope to beat last years sales of $4.2mil. She said the company is in talks with other companies that would bring value to the current company and add revenues but she was not at liberty to discuss the actual deals. She said 'NO REVERSE SPLIT' but the company would most likely be raising the A/S in the future. She was very nice and informative and I am very comfortable with the direction of this company!

By any standard of measurement, the trucking industry continues to dominate the freight transportation
market. Nearly every product consumed is transported by truck at some point in time. According to
market statistics, the trucking market hauled 67.9% or 8.9 billion tons of all freight transported in the
United States. The trucking industry earned $585 billion of that amount representing 86.5% of the
nation’s freight bill. In other words trucking on average, collected 86.5 cents on every dollar spent of
freight transportation. For-hire (truckload and less than truckload) and private carriage together
accounted for these tonnage and revenue amounts.
Before the motor carrier industry was deregulated in 1980, there were fewer than 20,000 interstate
carriers in the United States. By the end of 2002 that number increased to more than 585,000. While
there are a large number of trucking companies, the vast majority are operated as a small business.
Around 93% of those companies operate with fewer than 20 trucks and approximately 80% operate six
trucks or less. As a consequence, trucking is a highly fragmented industry.

The Agreement between Kingsly Consulting Corporation (KCC) and Ted Leverette II, required that KCC
merge its Kingsley Logistics Group into PTAH, and Leverette would exchange the s assets of ProFlo and its liabilities and surrender 51 million shares of common stock to the company. The accounting for thi
transaction is reflected herein, giving effect that ProFlo is a private business, and will be completed by the
4th quarter of 2013. The transaction eliminates the operating losses and debt of ProFlo, which are
assumed by Leverette. The company will seek debt and equity financing from private investment partners to facilitate the roll-up
of the Transportation Units, 3PL, Broker and Warehousing operations.

NortFord, LLP acquired during the 4th quarter of 2012 is a partnership owned by Tim Norton and Matt Spafford. That team building upon its network of loyal customer relationships and their combined experience of over 50 years in the transportation industry had a vision of building from within and maintaining hands on experience to direct the new company as they began operations during the autumn of 2012 at their location in Fredericksburg, IA 50630. NortFord purchased two Over-the-Road semi-tractors to start operations, then in November of 2012, they added additional equipment and leasing that equipment to Eggspress Transport, LLP as an over the road refrigerated trucking operation. Kingsley is positioned to take advantage of the transportation industry’s growing trend toward global

The company will use a combination of transportation software, website technology, the roll-up of
supply chain subsidiaries, including truck and inter-modal transportation units, warehousing and storage

By any standard of measurement, the trucking industry continues to dominate the freight transportation
market. Nearly every product consumed is transported by truck at some point in time. According to
market statistics, the trucking market hauled 67.9% or 8.9 billion tons of all freight transported in the
United States. The trucking industry earned $585 billion of that amount representing 86.5% of the
nation’s freight bill. In other words trucking on average, collected 86.5 cents on every dollar spent of
freight transportation. For-hire (truckload and less than truckload) and private carriage together
accounted for these tonnage and revenue amounts.
Before the motor carrier industry was deregulated in 1980, there were fewer than 20,000 interstate
carriers in the United States. By the end of 2002 that number increased to more than 585,000. While
there are a large number of trucking companies, the vast majority are operated as a small business.
Around 93% of those companies operate with fewer than 20 trucks and approximately 80% operate six

We have leased our trucks with a National Agricultural Company so we have inactivated the Eggspress authority. This will allow a better revenue stream as they provide insurance, authority and new refrigerated trailers and they move 40,000 truck loads of produce annually. 5/29/14 - I talked to investor relations. They stated they are in the process of updating the state website and otcmarkets page and say they 'it slipped through the cracks'. They did say the previously merged companies are not operating and they are back to their base business model which is interstate trucking. They stated that they hope to beat last years sales of $4.2mil. She said the company is in talks with other companies that would bring value to the current company and add revenues but she was not at liberty to discuss the actual deals. She said 'NO REVERSE SPLIT' but the company would most likely be raising the A/S in the future. She was very nice and informative and I am very comfortable with the direction of this company!

By any standard of measurement, the trucking industry continues to dominate the freight transportation

NortFord, LLP acquired during the 4th quarter of 2012 is a partnership owned by Tim Norton and Matt Spafford. By any standard of measurement, the trucking industry continues to dominate the freight transportation
market. Nearly every product consumed is transported by truck at some point in time. According to
market statistics, the trucking market hauled 67.9% or 8.9 billion tons of all freight transported in the
United States. The trucking industry earned $585 billion of that amount representing 86.5% of the
nation’s freight bill. In other words trucking on average, collected 86.5 cents on every dollar spent of
freight transportation. For-hire (truckload and less than truckload) and private carriage together
