The way I understand it....that is for the distribution of signal nationwide. The signal is picked up by carriers around the country and distributed to their customers (ie., direct TV, dish networks, time warner, etc.)

They have carrier deals established in Texas for the Houston market (if my memory is correct).

VOD should start......

vague pr's....difficult to follow.
